Purchasing

How do I purchase from your online platforms?

You may purchase from our online platforms by sending us a message on our social media pages (Facebook or Instagram), please provide your full name, Viber contact number, and email address or by filling up the “GET A QUOTE” form in our website and one of our sales associates will be in touch with you in the next 24 hours or the succeeding business day.

Mode of payments available?

We accept online bank transfer, direct bank deposit, cash, check and credit card.

Delivery

Do you offer delivery services? Within Metro Manila? Outside Metro Manila?

Yes, we have our own delivery service within Metro Manila. We use a third party door-to-door courier service for outside Metro Manila.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes. We charge a delivery fee of Php 1,500 for Metro Manila deliveries. Shipping charge for provincial addresses will be subject to the weight and dimensions of the package.

Can we pick up our purchased products?

Yes. Please coordinate with our sales associate at least 3 days prior to the pick up date so that we will be able to prepare all the items purchased.

Can we book our own courier service to pick up/ship our purchased products?

Yes. However, we will not be liable for any damages or mishandling that will occur once the item is with your assigned courier service.

Is there a lead time for indent orders?

Yes, our lead time is 30 to 90 days from the confirmation of receipt of payment.

Is there a lead time for on-stock orders?

Yes, our lead time is 3 to 14 days from the confirmation of receipt of payment.

Installation

Do you install tiles?

No, we only supply tiles, but we can recommend our trusted partner to install.

Warranty

How long is your warranty?

There is no warranty for our tiles. Once we hand over the items, it’s considered as sold already and non-refundable.

Design

Do you offer design services?

Currently, we do not offer design services. However, we can refer you to our trusted design partners.

Terms and Conditions

Once down payment or full payment has been confirmed, all pages of the quotation or purchase order shall be signed by the client or his/her authorized representative and by Dynamic Brands International, Inc. sales associate and shall serve as a binding contract between both parties. All sales are final. Once an order is being processed, no cancellations, refunds, nor exchanges shall be allowed except under special circumstances. In case the client decides to rescind or cancel the contract for any reason/s, the 50% down payment shall be forfeited in favor of Dynamic Brands International, Inc. The company, Dynamic Brands International, Inc. reserves the right to suspend the delivery of its products if payment and conditions herein are not met.

No communication for at least 3 months from the client once notified of the scheduled delivery date will constitute abandonment and will be charged a storage fee of P2500/month.
